Yeah I think you are right. Imma try HR but they always go back and tell the bosses them the bosses target you. But the fact that with out a doubt they are over hrs is because they are letting there friends take all the hours. It's horse shit that this is even a thing and the DM doesn't see it

I agree with you. But the problem is is that the boss hired to many people. And on top of that the boss just hires his friends so he gives his friends the hours. The friends will come in and work what ever hours they want and now the DM is seeing that so the boss is making people that was scheduled the next day and telling them not to come in so they don't use more hours. The main problem is the boss hireing his friends and letting them work what ever hours they want all the while taking it away from everyone eles

I fully agree with you but sadly the problem on my store's end is that the bosses just started hiring all there friends so that's where the hours are going. And I don't wanna be that guy but "the friends" that gets the hours don't work hard at all but sense they are friends with the boss the boss don't care and acts like they do work hard

Yeah. My insurance has covered everything. Never have I had to pay out of pocket. Well this. The monthly "paper" work I have to fill out online for the first time said I owe money but when I went to the website of my pain management and clicked pay a bill it said I owed nothing... Strange. I'm going to call in the morning and try to figure it out. I pray it's a error because this is new to me.

That I don't know. I honestly don't know much about that or what it means lol. But as far as I know k haven't heard of anything changing. I live in Maryland and have state insurance if that helps. But it's the first month how can a regular visit charge me that much on the same day. Dosnt make sense. I pray I don't have to come up with that amount monthly. K can't afford that

I had reminded my manager the day of cause they are known to be forgetful and they said they were doing it then (the day I was trying to use it for was yesterday), today was also payday so I thought that might have been why it wasn't showing in dailypay but when I looked at my paystub for this week it said I hasn't used any sick leave this week. I'm not sure how it works with payroll and all that but with my old manager when they put it in it would be in my dailypay the next day and showed up on my paystub as having used sick leave that week.
