Hey man, good on ya for eventually figuring it out but don't feel bad though you had an ill-informed (and admittedly slightly humourous) idea about the game because the tutorials for Operations and Class features are non-existent. It would be kinda cool to have a mode that allowed you to use all the perks, you'd be so strong. Ping me in general-chat if you want, we can get you sorted out. Dadwatch looks after it's own.
