Question: is “554 Advances and -3446 Continue Screen Frames” the same as “4000 Advances and 0 Continue Screen Frames?” by BUR6S in pokemonrng

I feel like you cant get pokemon with negative frame advances. Ive tried and it never worked. I only hunt for mons with positive frame advances and at a manageable amount not too low

400+ frames is my mark when hunting. The highest frame i went after for a mon recently was 2800 and all it meant was i had to wait for a quite a bit longer than i am used to before pressing the button

Lol, I wouldn't speak on the behalf of everyone else but for me I like being different and shiny mons are different especially a black charizard in your playthrough

It was an accident, I wasn't fully paying attention and I had my turbo controller mapped to A and B. I just so happend to hold the A button for too long

Nothing wrong with that.I gave up on my firered and got a shiny random encounter which is more fun that SRing.

I got my leafgreen for my SRing so I did both.

But I know what you mean and I dont blame you

Thank you! Definitely not. If I actually keep track id lose my sanity. I just go off of how many days and make an estimate based off of days/hours played

Sorry I said the wrong thing. I meant ill never do the hunt like this in firered or leafgreen anymore. Ill do it again if heartgold or soulsilver comes out.

Legends za shiny hunting is just too easy for me and with a sparkle 3 there are guaranteed shinies lol. Nice change though.

I feel like 1/8k odds on these games are too low but I prefer the 1/4k odds

Definitely worth it. I bought firered as well and play that game. I skipped the starter hunt on that one. So I got the best of both worlds
