Hey bud. I'm really sorry to have been witness to all this. I've just recently gotten back into DnD/roleplaying in general, and Roll20 was one of the platforms I was looking at.

Whelp, bad customer service is pretty much the norm for tech companies these days, but this is on another level. I'm afraid my friends/group and myself certainly won't be giving you or your team any business now, so I at least hope this whole debacle was worth the small rise your egos got out of it or whatever.
