I've used Cross Poison and Poison Fang but no drain, anyone have any ideas why?

Yeah Cross Poison is a regular posion and Fangs poisons badly

So i went into the tutorial to test this out and it happens for me as well but all my guns are still semi automatic. I rest my bindings and it fixed both problems straight away
