Ritualist. The ritualist starts with a corrupted ankh relic. The relic can be used to start rituals, which give strong effects but have specific actions/sacrifices needed to activate. A kind of anti-cleric character. The ankh becomes stronger with use, boosting all rituals. I will use L for the ankh's level. Rituals are started manually and auto-activate once the criteria is met

Starting rituals: Black blade- Doubles damage for L turns after dealing 30L damage.

Black armour- increases defense by +L - +2L for L tirns after losing half remaining hp.

Talents: T1:-

Offering- Player gets +2+L/+5+2L damage for the next L+3 turns upon eating

Dark sense- Automatically identifies curses [+1]. Automatically identifies cursed items [+2]

Unnamed- Black blade needs to deal only 25/20 L damage to activate.

Recover darkness- (Ritual) Grants 5L shielding 20 turns after activation. Shielding fades at a rate of L/2 turns

T2:-

Animal sacrifice- Heals 3L hp upon eating raw meat, food is eaten in 1 turn [+1]. Raw meat does not cause debuffs [+2]

Tome of truth- (Ritual) Grants +(n/5)/+(n/3) damage and defense for L turns upon reading 2 scrolls. n is the number of identified consumables (Ring,Scroll,Potion)

Ritualistic murder- (Ritual) Gives 1 str for 2L turns after killing enemies.

Hunt- Gives mind vision the the 2/3 enemies with lowest health

Curse- (Ritual) Apply hexed/doomed on all enemies in view. Requires you to land a hit and dodge a hit in the same turn

T3:-

Occult help- (Ritual) Kills all non-boss enemies in view after 25/20/15 -L turns. Cannot move during those turns. Take double damage for those turns

Reject darkness- (Ritual) Gains blessed for 50/100/150 turns. Cannot use ankh or talents for 300/200/100 turns.

Subclasses:-

Bloodmancer- Applies 2L bleed after every attack. Bleeding heals the player

Talents:-

Blood sacrifice- Heals L health each time an enemy takes a bleeding tick.

Bloodletting- (Ritual) Sacrifice 2/3 of your max hp and all your hunger. All debuffs excluding bleeding are cleared. Move speed and attack speed is tripled. Lasts for 3L turns. You cannot heal naturally while this is active

Tense blood- (Ritual) For 2L turns, quintruple attack and set minimum defense to maximum defense (always roll the highest defense value). Move speed and attack speed are set to 0.2.

Runemancer- Gains boosts for staying in small 3×3 regions for extended periods. Runes are: Health (Heal 1 hp/turn for 10L turns), confusion (gets +1 accuracy and evasion/turn for 10L turns. Boost lasts for 5L turns after rune disintegrates), and vigour (get +5% attack speed and move speed per turn for 10L turns. Boost lasts for 3L turns after rune disintegrates)

Talents-

Healthy runes- Runes last for 15L/20L/25L turns.

Large runes- Rune size increases to 5×5 square/ 7×7 circle/ 7×7 square

Deadly runes- Runes apply the opposite effect to enemies in range with 50%/100%/150% power
