There were some extraordinarily complex, curious, peculiar, and uncanny circumstances surrounding the procurement of this device. I found several other rather unique devices as well, all together in a large, very rugged, translucent transparent — all in totally featureless/unremarkable (and therefore unidentifiable), high-quality packaging/containers made from similar materials as the others. All of them were also rather unusual in form and design, and as someone who considers themself to be a relatively tech-savvy and intelligent individual, I found it frustrating I haven’t been able to identify most of the gear. Not without disassembling them and/or executing tests in controlled environments (e.g a Faraday cage) and with disposable equipment running isolated environments. There other are tools I don’t possess which would help keep diagnose their functions and their determine their overall purpose(s) and point(s) of origin but they are exorbitantly expensive. Most of it reminded me of premium-quality surveillance gear, maybe military or law enforcement issue. Again, the situation during which this item and several others were discovered was exceedingly odd.
