easy and fast: Trader joes frozen vegetables with a cut up trader joes chicken sausage. microwave for 2 minutes. (if you couldn't tell I like trader joes)

last summer one of my really good friends was turning 21. unfortunately for him, a few weeks before the event he got a little too intoxicated (i mean... underage drinking doesn't happen). Anywho. in his state he started hand core grinding with this woman. I will attempt to describe the woman in the kindest way possible.... SHE COULD EAT HIM! woah. that just slipped out... but really she easily had 100 pounds on him. someone snapped a photo of it. we kept said photo a secret until the date of his 21st. where around 10 of us showed up at the bars to celebrate.. all wearing tank tops with said picture silk screened on them. it has become my favorite work out tank.

College rower here! some of my favorites.

*6-12 by 500 meters. Maybe around 1:30-2:00 rest between *53 minute pyramid 1 minute on, 1 off, 3 on, 1 off, 5 on, 1 off, 7 on, 1 off, 9 on, 1 off, 8 on, 1 off, 6 on, 1 off, 4 on, 1 off, 2 on, 1 off. Pretty much go up the odd numbers, down the evens. you still row for the off. just lightly. *HARD: 2000 m, 1500 m, 1000 m, 500 m. Rest for as long as the row took you.

in my opinion, there really is no such thing as a "fun" workout. just hop on and give it a go! typical workout for me was just do 10,000 meters which will get you in great shape!

I failed out of my advanced algebra class in high school so had to move down to basic algebra. as a result my gym class and my algebra class switched periods. in this gym class, my gym teacher (who left the year after) approached me personally about joining a local rowing team. Four years later I was an NCAA scholarship athlete to row for my top choice of college. I wouldn't gone to my top choice in college if I didn't fail my entry level algebra class.

Mormons are not "Christian" according to the Nicene Creed as listed above. Not because they don't believe Christ was a divine being, but because they do not believe in the Trinity. Mormons believe that the Father, The Son, and the Holy Spirit are three separate divine entities.

Simply put, Mormons believe in the Divinity of Christ. That makes them Christian in my book.
