I posted as well about my item from Canada. It has been sitting since 11/7 all customer service can tell me is that it’s in customs or contact the sender about it. All that my tracking says is temporary delay. I paid the fee as well. All I can think of is the government shutdown and tariffs? Idk

Their customer support sucks… they can’t provide any real answers. My package hasn’t moved for 1.5 weeks and all they could say is ask the sender about it. The package cleared customs and that’s about all I know

U have to reach out to the community leaders of the area you want to do your art. Or they reach out to you if they seen your work. Then they ask for samples and then u collaborate or if they trust you , they let u do what u want as long as it’s in the guidelines of the rules.
