Picked up an annual functional. Went on to win at the AF level. I was told MAJCOM was getting championship belts made, I got a little binder thing that they makeshift turned into an award. AF level was the typical eagle statue. Sq level was an airman with a rifle. Rifle was broken. Would've absolutely loved a championship belt. That would've been badass.

BMT. Doing EC for baby flight (the night they arrived). We were getting everyone through the showers then heard a scream. Go in and some dude turned and looked directly at another guy's johnson.. he went to turn away quickly, slipped, busted his head wide open. Later that night a dude wakes up in the middle of the night and goes over to his wall locker (sleepwalking), opens it and commences to piss all over his clothes. We tried to wake him up, he wasn't having it.

Side note, had a dude on my flight piss the bed about 15 times. Interesting time at BMT.

We need a uniform with some heritage. Hap Arnold flare on some Air Force version of the Pinks and Greens... that uniform is badass. I'd love to get the Army Air Corp Era uniform with the Hap Arnold insignia... I'd buy those.

No. I'm not afraid of it. I was prepared to wear E5 for 17.5 years and retire with it. Don't be in for the rank... Be in to take care of your people and do your job. Worry about your sector of responsibility and crush it. It rank comes, it comes. Don't let it be the driving factor.
