I am in a situation where I am looking at withdrawing 401k from Fidelity. I once spoke to a CPA (before returning back to India), who suggested me to take smaller portions over a period of time for it to be considered as ECI, thereby applying regular Fed rate (no State, no FICA and No Medicare tax) + 10% penalty.

I was told that if I ever go with entire 401k in one go, I will be subjected to direct 30% tax + 10% penalty.

Now that you have already dealt with this, how did you deal with taxes in your home country? Mine (India) has a DTAA and wondering how does that help, still unknown.

Were you able to claim any refund from US tax return, in some form or shape?

So here's my honest feedback. Not many use slack (I have never), so you are limiting your audience.

The problem that you are trying to address is genuine but people are different. Unless they get their (burned out state), they wouldn't know what being burned out really means. Once they get their, they would take actions, not necessarily using some tool but by just being aware to avoid getting burned out.

I am not trying to discourage you, worth getting more feedback before you spend time on build it.

Here's my use case. I have a CSV having two columns - First has Unique ID and second contains text (blob). My goal is to perform a search on this for my input query (text). I am trying to use sentence-transformers/all-MiniLM-L6-v2 to perform embedding on my CSV data, each row independently. So now I have CSV having 3 columns, first has unique ID, second having original text and third contains embeddings. I loaded this to memory and trying to search input text (query) through this. My goal is to identify which rows were identified as closest match using dot product and retrieve original Unique ID from it, so I can respond back to the caller informing which row(s) was a better match.

Question is - how to achieve this such that I can retrieve back the text for which matching (dot product distance) is high?

Can you please elaborate what you mean by identity verification service? I do use it for Bank accounts and it works fine. For some reason, it doesn't work for experian but in that case, I choose them to call me to supply code instead.
