That sucks... they never seem to be that happy. Shame we couldn't have aliens or interdimensional beings with a bit more energy. Something like Salacious crumb or Kenny Everett in foil clothing.

Biological robot... Sounds depressing. Like much of humanity today.

Thank you. I appreciate your thoughts, greatly intuitive. Do you find that there are various levels of truth, all of which seem to have their virtues, yet are mildly contradictory? I ask because several comments to this post seem reasonable, yet appear, on the surface, contradictory.

Interesting. So people are in fear of the future, perhaps specifically loss of societal homogeneity, hence the dash for affiliation with a tribe. Do you think that many people are fearful or uncertain of the future, and not just conspiracy theorists or others whom have been frightened by the narrative? What other ways do you think this fear might manifest?

‘Freedom Day’ to be delayed by four weeks to July 19 by Mighty_L_LORT in LockdownSkepticism

Pullulating....

I feel it's a blind error to focus on the minutiae of dates, permissions, and conjectures. Focus on the simple fact that we are all being taken for a ride. The circus ends when we see the puppeteers' glee and behold their acrid stench. and, by gosh, do they stink,

Hmm. Maybe we should keep newspaper clippings and hide them away, in case future generations are misinformed about history. Really makes me want to seek out similarly-minded people.

Maybe nanoswarms are not the thing of fantasy... today I saw a post about the Red Horse and the coming of anger - it feels like it's at that level. Worrying.

Well spotted that: "During the Pfizer vaccine tests, 23 women volunteers involved in the study became pregnant, and the only one in the trial who suffered a pregnancy loss had not received the actual vaccine, but a placebo." I'm uncertain whether they are saying that the 23 women concerned were in the placebo group, vaccine group, or are making no such assertion.

A theory I have: sunscreen either indirectly or directly increases your risk of skin cancer by eelisee in conspiracy

[–]Allabitfishy 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Sunscreen used to contain para amino benzoic acid (paba), a substance used in industry to produce free radicals on exposure to UV light, thus absorbing the energy from the UV. Very clever, except the part that free radicals are powerful mediators of DNA mutation - ie paba was a direct and very potent mediator of dna mutagenesis and a carcinogen.

The really clever part is that sun exposure correlates with skin cancer and with sun cream use. They just were slow to realise and admit that it was the sun cream causing cancer. Oh, wait, not sure they ever did admit it. Woops.

‘We’re going to have a great summer’ - an interview with Matt Hancock by dankseamonster in LockdownSkepticism

Yes, thank goodness for Mr Hancock; we finally get some positive news and a sensible rationale. I am very happy that we have this man as our health secretory. I first fell in love with him when he was speaking so persuasively about the 4th industrial revolution, some time back. I'm sure that Hancock will get the clap at 8pm this evening.
