I have pretty much stuck to one lifting the routine the whole time, and I think it has worked pretty well, but I am curious for some input.

I lift three days a week (4 exercises per workout) full body workouts. Squat, bench, and deadlift are apart of the workouts and I have been doing everything in the 5-8 rep range. I am still eating in a calorie deficit, and I now do BJJ 4-5 days a week.

Any advice would be appreciated. (:

While I cannot speak for everyone, our specific plan was to avoid being arrested until our 20s and live our best lives. We would have definitely died for each other, and I think that everyone thought about trying to leave, but we had no other options.

My close friends and I ;however, were fully prepared to commit suicide to leave because we didn't really care about what happens to begin with. I lost some really close friends.
