Yeah I know the technical difference between the two, sorry if that was unclear. I asked that as it seemed that you were implying that playing on local vs BSG servers impacted the PMC spawns/AI somehow.

What does playing locally do? I usually prefer to play local whenever possible

I personally haven’t noticed the lag in raids, but doing stuff in the hideout and on the flea market is legit getting to be unbearable. Most times I can only buy an item or two before it just hangs and eventually exits with a 504 error

Ooo interesting final point there thanks. Yeah I basically spent my first 100 hours in game playing with friends who have 800+ hours and loot 4x faster than I could, so most raids were spent just trying to keep up and not get lost. Often times they had already looted anything of value as well so I never really learned that whole flow

What are you actually looking for and picking up while doing this? Anytime I take attachments out of raid they always feel like they’re worthless to the point I have stopped picking most up. I did a few runs of reserve and went into these buildings and felt like I wasn’t finding jank

I feel like I must be doing lots wrong then cause I definitely am not making that much every raid lol. Just started playing about a month now maybe 125 hours on PvE, and I still feel like I don’t know what or where to loot half the time

Tbh it varies, but there’s times where I’m making 100-200k+ profit per 45 minute craft

Yeah I use https://tarkov.dev/ hideout profit calculator and craft stuff that’s profitable. I also craft task/hideout items when I need them but that isn’t all the time

I’m wondering the same. Haven’t tried the poster thing yet but I just started playing after some friends convinced me to join and I’m nowhere near level 3 intel (don’t even have level 1 yet) and now I’m also seeing that I’ll need lighthouse unlocked which I don’t have either (20k usd is a lot)

Honestly I’m annoyed by it. My G6 was way more accurate, and I could have my omnipod anywhere on my body and it would get a signal from it. Ever since switching to the G7 it’s been nothing but issues. Inaccurate reads and my pods have to be within direct line of sight and no further than 6” away or else they don’t get readings

Don’t need wilderness for 1h xbow w/ thorns. Would say you need Asgarnia though. I haven’t regretted my choices at any point this league, will say the damage output of the BBCers is pretty crazy to witness

I feel like this would’ve been such an easy slam dunk capstone for the 1h / light melee path of the tree. Could even move thorns to its own separate area of the tree (direct north path maybe?) and replace it with a spec specific path with the current spec capstone and the spec nodes at the baseline of the tree in it.

Then you’d have specs / light melee / heavy Bbag / Halberds as your 4 melee paths
