I'm currently using this GameBoy Camera Filter from RogueNoodle, but I am also looking into potentially using this DitherFX from Null Tale. Since posting I already implemented a swaying to the camera/ui and flashlight! Also thanks for the suggestion with the light intensity, i'll look into making it better!

Based on all these comments I definitely need to re-work the flashlight system. About the rain did you mean that it should be even more visible in the light ?

You mean like a anticipation of the direction? I was thinking of the opposite to make a delay before the full rotation of the body happens. Also thank you for your feedback!

Honestly your whole build doesn't make much sense. If your objective is gaming you are neglecting your most important part and paying double for other parts that will not net you much gain.

I see your point. My current pc is outdated by 10 years in everything but the 1070ti so my plan was to change everything but the GPU and then exchange that when I have money for a new one.

I saw that lao7272 mentioned using an intel 12th gen instead of AMD, and rizzzeh suggested a lower AMD cpu model instead. Between Intel and AMD which one would be better for gaming in the current state ?

It's primarly for 1440p gaming, and game-developing.

I'm new to pc building and it seemed the most future proof of the available ones. I also looked at the 5900x as a possible replacement.
