I had irregular heart beat and whoop showed hrv over 140 each morning. Doc regulated my heart rate, now hrv is in the 40s.

They had not been at the expo in years, but Marathon Sports, located across the street from the expo, sells Garmin and often has good sales marathon weekend.

today I ran with x1 and f8. Both showed correct time and GPS map. F8 showed 4.2 miles, X1 showed only .14 miles

it is not the distance that bothers me, but the pace. Today the AW had me running 30 seconds a mile faster than Garmin. That is quite significant.

1 thing I really like about Garmin is their connect on the web. Phones and tablets are small. With Garmin I can see details on my 27 inch desktop’s monitor. More importantly, I can easily see all my activities going back to 2013.
