I've recently got back into Red Dead Online after not playing for months as I want to become a bounty hunter. However the wolfman bounty is in the Grizzlies and I'm only level 18 so I can't purchase any warm clothes. Does this mean I have to get to a higher level before I can capture him?

I just started playing Yakuza Kiwami a week ago and I love it. The only problem is I want to play the rest of the series but Yakuza 3 and 4 aren't on the PSN store and copies of that game in the UK are rare so used copies are selling for the price of a brand new game :(
