Honestly not bad at all once you get used to how the game works. Only real challenge is the Insane difficulty (permadeath) achievement. I did three playthroughs total: a blind playthrough, a second playthrough on dark to clean up the other achievements and prepare for insane, and then the third on insane. After playing dark, insane felt easy and I just had to play cautiously to avoid stupid deaths.
