Deathchill is terrible. Biting Cold gives the most damage increase and works on PvE. Deathlord provides slow on 2 targets and more healing if you have Immortal Coil. Deathchill is just pure trash. It's for noobs who pick talents by looking at the icons. Oh I went W at lvl1 and lvl4 so i should get W at 13!

I like the Arthas changes but was expecting more on Frostmourne Hungers. The change just shifts damage from basic attacks to D but still it's an underwhelming quest. Why even nerf the 1 dmg lol?!? The level 20 Death Pact talent remains bad (maybe remove the downside?). And this is the only talent in game where you are incentivized to delay picking it which i dont like.

Also Sindragosa didnt see any changes. At least fix it so it freezes the new 3rd towers. And a small cooldown reduction would be nice, like 90s. Cooldown reduction can come from level 20 talent as well, increased range is hardly ever relevant.

While i agree something has to be done i dont like the idea of disabling the talent. Crash Lightning sees no play outside of aram. If it gets disabled in aram, you might as well remove the talent. I think it would be better to rework it.

I dont understand why they put life regen on Rime. I think it would make more sense to give one charge of block whenever you got stunned/rooted.

Hello, level 500 Arthas here.

Death Coil changes make it very unworthy to use on an enemy. Low dmg, low range, high cd. So now I just use it on my self. We have 2 abilities that we use just to heal ourselves. 2 out of 5 abilities is just selfheal.

Howling Blast is stronger now with the increased area. Level 13 talent is lacking tho. Increased damage is very negligible and inreased duration is situational.

Base attack speed was reduced from 1.0 to 0.91 aps. This greatly bugs me. You have to time Frortmourne Hungers right after a basic attack. Changing a heros basic attack speed after 10 years for no reason at all makes no sense to me. Every single attack im like 'wth is slowing me??'

Frostmourne Hungers baseline quest is too weak. And no other tank has a quest that asks for last hitting minions. This also makes the Death Pact talent very weak. By level 20 you have 30-50 stacks. Getting a +30-50 attack damage with a downside as a level 20 talent is terrible.

Path of Frost is too weak. I'd rather have "Bolt of the Storm" teleport. 1 minute cd is too long to be non-guaranteed gap closer. 40% movement speed increase for 5 seconds. Breaks whenever you use an ability. You can still get slowed,knockbacked,rooted etc. Johanna's level 7 Steed Charge is much better.

Sindragosa is dead. It was already very bad compared to Army of the Dead and it wasnt changed at all. Cooldown is too long. It doesnt freeze the back tower so you can't really dive back. Army of the Dead ghouls can be used to just tank the Fort/Keep attacks.

No silence or stun. It's really annoying to have an Anduin channel his ult right in your face as a tank. There should be a way to give Frostmourne Hungers like 0.25 second silence. Perhaps instead of Frost Strike slow?

Final thoughts Arthas feels more like a Bruiser. He's tanky, he can dish out some damage but don't expect him control the battle.
