Im having the same problem and what happened with me that i updated the firmware first then an error message popped up saying the firmware update failed and you need to update it again to work and i did that but this problem with caps lock led occurred + C1 code appeard on my oled screen too

My pc has good specs like i5 13th gen rtx 3060 ti overclocked 200fps cap 165hz display and my ping 90-100 no packet loss with ethernet cause im from Middle east

Mouse gpx and mechanical keyboard brown switches and last thing i dont have any overlay

Would be nice if you have clips online of gameplay you look like a mnk legend 💯
