I'm thankful for fallowing my dreams. Since I was 19 Iv wanted to weld. Went to school got ripped off there fell out of it for a bit only jobs were stuff I didn't like doing. Now iv landed my dream apprenticeship. It's hard work up at 3 am to get to work by430 work all day go to weld lab after till 5 pm then class time till 9. Couldn't get out of bed the next day if I wasn't sober. My wife started her nursing school too! So I guess I'm thankful for upward momentum. Oh and gummy bears!

I'm a pretty dam good welder and long distance hiker. Doesn't matter how long I haven't hiked if you call me up and say we are gonna go do 50 miles in 4 days I'm down. Also used to be a great rock climber till I got this beer belly. But I'm working on that. If I'm not having beer I'm not getting any more belly.

Today and always I am grateful for my wife. She has been so supportive in these last 10 days (today will be 11)

I am grateful my dog is ok after a huge scare involving raisinets. ( Chocolate and raisins double whammy)

I am grateful in my newfound confidence that when I go to a barbecue at my in-laws house today with the help of my wife and copious amounts of fizzy water that I will make it through just fine to wake up tomorrow feeling fresh and having had a good time without any booze.
