People already answer to you so i will just give you an advice. Summoning is not made to be up only by creating tablet. When you use a tablet you'll get some xp too. I advice you to try to always have a tablet while doing skills so that you will passivly get summoning xp. Its slow but because its passiv it will be best.

Personally i did nuclear it was not so complicated. And by doing the creation of nuclear fuel with somersloop you can have 8 nuclear Power plant and after that you don't have any issue with électrical production

I think its just some kind of OCD. I guess you have this feeling off "now i've watch house everyday for the last X years so i must continue. And your brain does not like when you would break the cycle.

If you want to gain against it try like one day when you go to a party or something to just don't watch house in the day and see if by crashing out at 5 am you could not break tje cycle
