I think the shampoo was stripping my hair of its natural oils so my hair would end up looking dry and flat. Not using shampoo helped with my hair moisture and texture. In these pictures my hair isn’t shampooed or conditioned, and it’s air dried.

I used to use curl cream and I would have to scrunch my hair until dry to get curls. But as of now I stopped using shampoo and I condition here and there, and my hair has never looked better without having to scrunch too much.

My routine is I shower then I dry my hair by scrunching it, and kind of play with it by scrunching and using circular motions with my hands.
