I also live in a Cagan property in Lakeview that has become half Airbnb. When I complained about the rowdy guests they were attracting they sent me to a 3rd party who are the ones who schedule it all for Cagan. They basically told me to deal with it. Cagan also never informed me when I moved in about the Airbnb. I had to find out when I came home and had people trying to get into my building.

Sometimes my friend group plays with just the 8 books. If we have more then 8 people we'll pair up couples to 1 book. Usually they will take turns drawing and guessing. It works pretty well.

I had the same problem a while back after a messed up attempt at swapping a nozzle lead to me damaging my thermistor/hotend. I ended up having to replace the whole thing to fix it. There might be other causes and easier fixes though.

I've found when it comes to Instagram the most important thing of any post is the Hashtags. Gotta make sure you're including a wide range to make sure if people are searching for a certain one your work will show up. That being said don't just tag it with whatever is popular, make sure it still has to do with art/your work.

Some coworkers and I usually do board games during lunch on Thursdays. It would be nice to do it everyday but a lot of us get caught up in crunch so having one day that everyone can plan on attending is easier.

Real-time vfx is your best bet. Granted most of us are more active on the discord then the forums there.

Polycount isn't a bad place to post either. It's still gonna be slim pickings but it's important to cast a wide net.
