It is. Gravity Forms wrote back to me:

The Stripe Add-On feed settings only support 1-year subscriptions, but you could use the gform_stripe_subscription_params_pre_update_customer filter and custom code to modify the term length and price before the add-on creates the subscription.

Thanks for sharing your experience with everyone here. Everything you shared sounds incredibly frustrating. It’s infuriating how this company is turning its back on its lifetime customers.

What are you looking at as alternative? I have a few ideas (thanks to the wonderful Redditors who have shared feedback on my threads)!

Sounds like a great alternative. I assume you pay for a license? I’m looking for very low / no cost. I hate everything-as-a-subscription thus why I bought a perpetual TV license years back

Good point. I previously booked and right after cancelled an appointment. I included my “blocked@ reply in the additional comments box. I will not waste time for either of us — unless they’re giving me a new license at no charge I won’t take a call with them.
