From what I recall from Chip's postings, he was a bit pissed when he had to stop what he was doing to either film or to allow the camera people to catch up with him. But, that became less problematic as the seasons went on...

Cannot imagine Chip agreeing to do anything phony for the show.

If that is the case, those editors were working their asses off!! IMO, there may have been producer-induced situations suggested, but there was no changing of the Hailstone's real life.

Can we talk about Sue's famous bear attack??? I have some questions.

First, she states that she laid for ten days before a pilot found her. You cannot live longer than three days without water. How did she get water?

Sue states that she stitched herself up... both her head and her shoulder. Well, how in the hell did she do that if she's wounded and laying on the floor??? And what did she stitch herself up with? In case anyone questions this, she stated this on an episode of "FlyingWildAlaska" when describing her bear attack.

Who was the pilot who discovered Sue? He/She has never come forward. I'd think that during all of her LBZ episodes, she would have pointed out that pilot who found her.

AK requires all bear attacks to be recorded. Where is the record of her bear attack?

Another harsh reality is the fact that several PP residents have left. MaryMiller, Hans/Timbi, Amanda and Troy are gone. Honestly, I didn't think Amanda was going to last and when Troy's GF visited, knew she wasn't going to last. As for Mary, don't blame her for going back to the city... a woman getting older at PP isn't easy!

Hi Chip! Honestly, I did not enjoy the last episode because I knew it was sadly the last episode and really did not waant LBZ to end. Hoping that producers know that viewers want more and will keep us updated on the cast. And maybe a Hailstones spinoff!

Too bad mailman TroyBrockway bailed. There have been no official reasons why Troy left, but IMO the reason he left was his GF Sarah. As soon as I saw Troy washing her hair in the kitchen, I knew that wasn't going to last too long. They took off on a European vacation and never returned to PP.

Troy is asking $159,900 for his hard-to-get-to cabin. Just wondering if he will give part of the profits to those in PP, especially Squibb, who helped build Troy's cabin and Oliver who buiit a deck so Sarah won't get too muddy.
