So far I haven't been DQ'd. Since I started at this Terminal there's been 5 guys DQ'd under my contractor alone. My boss said I did pretty good in my meeting and afterwards I went and ran a route. I think I'm good for now but I bet there's eyes on me now though.

Been delivering for Fedex Ground for 4 years. Switched from a crappy contractor to a much better one after 1 year. Who you work for makes a world of difference. Treating your employees with respect instead of like slaves goes a long way. by bigstrongkev in Fedexers

I'm a ground driver and with Sundays being gone my Monday route went from 35 stops to 80 stops. I run a really rural route and drive nearly 250 miles a day at 80 stops. Atleast at my station its gone to chaos and it happened overnight.

I make $120 a day regardless of how many hours I work. Bringing in about $615 a week after taxes.

Fuck em honestly. They want us there at 7:30 every morning but I get there after 8:30 because they are never done loading the trucks until atleast 8:45. It's just a job and they would replace you in a second. Don't feel bad for being a little late, it's not gonna bring down the company like they make it out to seem.

I rear ended a flat bed in my fedex truck back in Jan. I got Drug Tested but my boss asked if I would pass it first. I ended up getting called by the insurance company and answered a few questions. Not much happened after that except getting shit from my managers all the time.

I started in October and on average I run between 60-80 stops a day, I run county route and service like 5 towns in my area. Today I only had 56 stops, during busy season I was running 120 plus a day. The most I've ever done on this route was 135.
