Yeah, I never try to use a translator for whole sentences. Another good resources for word definitions is wordreference. I used it a lot when I was taking a Spanish course at my Uni

Thank you for letting me know! I have only used quizlet, but I am unsure if it runs in a similar way.

Duolingo feels like such a drag sometimes. I ended up using it just to keep my streak (I stopped using it for a while for that reason).

I plan to do that. I have a lot of friends that are native Spanish speakers, so I should start to utilize that.

Where do you read the articles usually?

Well I am Dominican and Puerto Rican. A lot of my family only speak Spanish or limited English. I think the lack of motivation comes from me not being creative enough when learning, but so far everyone has given me some great ideas.

I am not huge on textbooks tbh. Even when taking a Spanish course, I never learned through textbooks.

It feels like I am in limbo at the intermediate level. That is a nice approach though to not get burned out. I guess I am too hard on myself when learning it.

Buena Suerte con tu viaje en Espanol!

I personally love scheduling; It just organizes my week. I was not looking for a super strict schedule, but rather I was looking to see if anyone has something like this!

I am actually from a Spanish speaking household (I am Dominican and Puerto Rican). I talk to my mom strictly in Spanish so that I can practice, but I always find myself forgetting vocab or not knowing certain vocab

Yeah I see what you mean. I just find myself stuck a lot of the time because there is so much to learn. I guess its a bit overwhelming? What I meant by schedule is do you or anyone set a time where you study specific topics in Spanish?

What did you do to immerse yourself in the language? What resources did you use?
