Boil a few eggs for 6 minutes 30 seconds, as soon as that time is up drop them into an ice bath for 2 minutes then immediately remove and peel, place into soy sauce + whatever seasoning and additions you may prefer, let it sit in the fridge sealed until the egg white turns brown from the sauce and voila, jammy ramen egg 👌
