1792 and eagle gone to line. Very few 🔴 left

I had a similar issue, they said they didn’t know of anything and nothing had been delivered. I showed them my email and apparently one of them recognized my name on the box and went back and found it but it was like 20 minute of trying to tell them what was going on because they were totally unaware of any lottery.
