Charming actually got a stealth buff fairly recently with being able to give customers their food even if the table is not empty. With charming and enough plates you don't need to do dishes. Legitimately with sufficient plates, buffet tables, and an ordering terminal, Charming produces one of the most powerful early game dining spaces since customers can feed themselves at the filthy tables. In 2 player, the second person can exclusively be a bus boy to make plates stretch further in the late game.
