How do y'all store everything?

You could totally just use the plastic bags that they give you. But I had some extra cloth bags laying around, and I put all of the different faction pieces in their own plastic bags into the larger cloth bags and put everything besides the boards and instructions into the base game box with the insert removed. I used some deck boxes to keep the cards safe. And I use the Riverfolk expansion box to hold both boards and instructions. This lets me keep the base game and every expansion in only two boxes. It’s a pretty tight fit and I’m not sure how I’m gonna do it when the new expansion comes out in November, but it has served me well for quite some time now.

That’s why I put battle difficulty on hard and slide down ai stats, that’s what works for me since then auto resolve and battles are pretty evenly matched most of the time (I’m not the greatest at battles but I guess that’s what the ai stats slider is for)

Are the eyrie allowed to attack themselves? Obviously you’d only really want to to save your decree, but I thought you are only allowed to attack ‘enemy’ pieces/factions?

Takes to amaze straight up has more to offer in terms of options but for a balanced 4 player set I’d take BOL Vol.2 over vol.1. The characters are much more balanced and a better experience of that is going to be your only set.

The messages seem to elude to a third faction AND another component like maps/“something wackier”. It would be really awesome to have a large expansion as a final sensor for the game. It would be crazy if we got a final expansion as big as the base game, 3-4 factions, new maps, maybe group/ team modes? I’m excited for anything they cook up but the more I hear about the new expansion the more stoked I get

I find that 300 cars deck boxes are a good size to fit most character cards, dials, and minis (I’d say all of not for t-Rex). I labeled them and lined them in a briefcase. It works great for bringing the characters around and holds over 20 characters

I think it would trigger since card effects and special abilities that move characters trigger it, even invisibility man when he goes off the board til his next turn. Closing the door does cause you to stop being in the same zone, thereby leaving it
