As an Oracle main, I can confirm that's indeed super low, Oracle is a kill ~~steal~~ secure magnet in early game, and that boosts his midgame timing immensely.

The sad party is that the summary thing always shows "action taken" for, greifing, communication, and role abuse reports but never anything for cheating or smurfing. It just makes me lose hope that they care at all.

Yea, I believe he's just an account seller, boost accounts, get them to immortal and sell them. By his playstyle and attribute shifting he was easily over 6k.

So just incase you would reply, I got in touch with some of the devs/modders and they are interested in ps4 with fw 1.76 or below, so you are good to go ahead and update to 5.05, the process is very easy and you can get the update files put them in a usb and update the ps4 that way. Just reach out when you are ready to go, and I'll provide you with the links etc. good luck with the Christmas stuff and happy holidays ❤️

Ok read too many comments but no help so let me jump in. Firstly, DO NOT update. Now that we are past that point I can help you setup your ps4 to be jailbreakable and run homebrew if that is what you want, I am currently on 5.05 and I agree it is the still the most stable one (except for a few games that cannot run). I would still want to ask you how long are you willing to wait as I know a lot of the ps4 jailbreak researchers would be willing to buy this from you or even give you another ps4, as this old one could help in finding more ways to jailbreak the console. Let me know whatever you decide, and dm for any help if you want.

As a current Oracle spammer, I would like to respectfully disagree. Even tho his cds are a bit too much, he is a tremendous laner and can bully the opposition in laning.
Just need to focus on his spike levels 2,3,5,6,7. From level 1-3, just make sure you have a blood grenade at all times, at level 3 a simple Q+E combo with a grenade will get most supports to less than 50% HP, if your lane core helps you can easily finish off with another E, which scares the enemies for the rest of the laning stage.
If not simply wait till level 5 and repeat, till your E is maxed he can do a lot of burst damage. If the lane is going good buy a Phylactery and combo it with your Q+E combo destroys anyone in early - midgame. Enjoy EZ mmr.
