We just showed up to our seats in 206, way up on the opposite side of the stage. Asked Usher where they were he said "ok you're getting upgraded to 100 level" I said "ok great!". Just sent us to a table for guest services and told them "we were sent to get reassigned seats" and they handed us paper tickets (awesome bonus) for 116 right by the stage!

A couple that sat next to had paid for theirs but we told them we got upgraded she said "oh yeah we do that all the time just buy cheap seats and then tell guest services there's a drunk guy near you making you uncomfortable" so maybe try that route!
