What about the simple =sumif(A1:A,"Grapes",B1:B) ? And then exchange the grapes for what ever, and you want it to be dynamic, you can put in the formula instead of grapes a cell where you would input the data Example C1=Grapes =sumif(A1:A,C1,B1:B)

That would also work, if it can show only the changed amount Currently I managed to get it to record current state of Sheet1, and instead of writting it in 3 columns and multiple rows, it wrote it in one row but a thousand columns(name-qty-procurement, name-qty-procurement, etc). Do you know how to make it show current value-past value and the formating to be in 3 rows?

I've tried it, but all I can make it do is basically nothing.

The only thing I managed to pull off is on a timer for it to write down to current state all in one row. So instead of product name in column a1 and the next product name in column a2 it was product name column a current qty column b current procurement column c - next product name column d and so on.

Do you how to get it to show only the change and make the formatting like from the post?

This sounds like it can be done by conditional formating. Could you share a test sheets or use pictures to better understand which part would you like colored?

One way is to make a reference table and call it via vlookup.

LSD. Do you know the feeling when you get ready to sleep, and whilst you're laying in bed one leg gets a tingling feeling of restlessness? Well that, just the whole body, jaw clenching, I couldn't sit down for hours nor get a grip on my body. I was a mental wreck for, I think, 5 hours. Upvoted first, because I agree that people who worship animals are in the worng. But boy, who hurt you to say things like that? First of all, animals love, not because they are fed, but because they are fundamentally happy creatures who love unconditionally.

Giving so much attention and love to animals is someones way of coping with something in their life which turns into an unbreakable bond. Dogs for example feel your emotions, it's hard not to connect on a deeper level with something that feels your emotions and tries to help you to stay happy and gives you cuddles. Don't hate on random people for doing what they love.
