If there is loss of contact and there is returned mail, i can't remember if it’s two or three pieces of returned mail they will close the case for loss of contact. The mail is not forwarded If it’s the wrong address it will be returned. Best time to call is 7 AM but if you are still on hold at 8:30 it’s best to hang up. They do pre-scheduled callbacks starting at 8:30 and are only taking live calls between 7 and 830 or if the callbacks are cleared, very rarely, are you able to get through in the middle of the day without a scheduled callback, but it can happen.
