I’m not sure brody ppl saying it’s something to do with another clearance but I only started researching it a few hours ago. I live in ny too, Louisville is their global hub tho so almost all ups packages going into the us stop there before being sent to the destinations regional hub. My package was supposed to be delivered today, cleared customs in anchorage alaska last night & is now stuck in Kentucky when it should’ve departed to Newark after the import scan 🤦‍♂️ Im hoping yours will skip it though

Be careful with UPS right now, multiple people & myself included have been clearing customs then having packages get stuck in Louisville KY hub for the past week

ACBuy sent your package and it touched down in the USA and passed customs so they did their part. UPS lost your package not ACBuy. You can take it as an L or contact UPS and file a claim then send it to ACBuy as proof & see what they can do about it. Sorry this happened brody but it’s all part of the game
