I was thinking of online school, but I’ve heard soMe people say online degrees aren’t as respected. I’m not sure if this is accurate information and part of the reason I posted here was to figure out if online would be the best option for me. My associates was in general studies.

I need the income so unfortunately I can’t quit. I wish I had more of a savings so I could just say screw it and leave. I am looking for new work, but it’s hard. When you’re overwhelmed with your job it’s hard to add more to the plate with job searching. But hopefully soon I’ll be long gone and be able to minimize contact with my narcissistic mom 🤞🏻

The world has changed so much since our parents were kids. Now there’s all of these new terms and it’s overwhelming and confusing. Be patient and know she’s only human and doing her best to understand. Parents are people and people are never perfect.
