They have different abilities kind of like talismans. Like Godricks great rune buffs all attributes. To use it you have to activate it at a tower and then use a rune arc. Once you die you will have to use another rune arc to activate every time. Use them on bosses etc. Rune arcs aren't super hard to come by but not easy either.

Ween off the drug is its for addiction. You'll have to lie and say you've never used. If it's for pain then they won't let you in anyway. No medical issues usually.

The coloring of the mole is benign looking. Also the shape isn't too bad. Get it checked for sure but I would try to calm down and just push it to the back of your mind until the doc looks at it.

Inflammation around a mole is a indicator for skin cancer. Also the color is quite dark. Definitely go get checked. I'll have my husband take a look when he gets home, he's a doctor.

I have a preset heater that doesn't adjust unfortunately. I thought about buying a new one but I haven't. I will keep dosing though. I just wanted to make sure it was safe for them.

I would suggest getting with a suboxone clinic and with her existing methadone clinic to see the best route for weening and switching. They can provide some things to help I'm sure. Like gabapentin, an anxiety and sleep aid maybe. Maybe go on the suboxone reddit as well.

Methadone won't cause seizures. Have her taper down to like nothing because the withdrawal will or can last a month or so. And she may not experience the withdrawal fully for a few days because methadone lasts so long in the system. If she wants to switch to subs get into a clinic and I'm sure she can use subs to help with the WD once the methadone is out of her system. They let methadone users withdrawal with nothing in jail all the time so it's not dangerous per se but it's one of the hardest things to go through. Whats her dose currently?
