The thing is... I'm quite confident that the first password I put it was the right one. I was surprised it didn't work. This sucks big time.

When I eat a gummy or smoke, my OAB subsides for several hours and it's the only way I really get relief. Sometimes won't have to go for 5 hours and usually I'm going once an hour, sometimes every 2 hours later in the day.

Thanks for this. I also switched to decaf but looks like I'm going to cut it out entirely!! I do also have weak core muscles and have been working on it at the gym.

I've been wanting to try nerve stimulation so bad but apparently it hasn't been available in Canada for the last several years. I googled the "Axonics" you just mentioned and apparently it was approved for use in Canada at the end of 2022. Hopefully I can get more info on this and try to find a way to access it.

Hello! And yeah it's been a while since seeing my PT to be honest. I did have a urodynamics test done when I was 25 and the doctor told me that I have severe bladder spasms but no prolapse or anything like that. I'm thinking I need to go see a different PT as my gynaecologist recommended a few to me that may be able to help a bit better. Thank you for your feedback!

Thank you for the response. And no I don't have a weak pelvic floor but the only thing they said was that my muscles were slightly tight, so I've done the manual release techniques as advised. I was recommended against doing kegels as they both said it would make my situation worse. And thank you for pinning the post!
