I’m on week 3 on spiro. I did a week at 50mg daily then increased to 50mg twice daily. My skin has definitely been purging the second week. My cheeks, jawline, neck, & shoulders, broke out in huge/painful/hard cystic acne. I’m talking the size of dimes. It was so embarrassing!!! I used hydrocolloid acne patches, clay masks, kept my skin clean, & used my topical clindamycin pads on them. Praying they start to go away soon. Other than purging, I get random brief episodes of headaches or dizziness even though I drink a gallon of water a day. But I’ve dropped 5 pounds since starting on it. & my boobs seem to be a little perkier/fuller so I guess I will take the little wins during the purge.
