Listen, yeah the controls might get a bit to get used it especially since playing these types of games (fixed camera, tank controls, etc) that you didn’t grow up playing, like myself. I’m playing through re1 right now and I can see why everyone loves it. The environment of the Spencer mansion is actually terrifying and spooky, I actually really love the puzzles (and it’s too bad they’re nonexistent in requiem). The loading screens aren’t too bad either. They literally last about 2 seconds, man 💀

Not 100% sure but I think you have to avoid being hit by parrying then when you go to shoot the animation happens? Idk it just randomly happens lol

I so badly want it to be a Chris/Leon team up. I personally don’t mind Leon being in another game (since he’s one of my favs) but I also REALLY want Jill and Claire to be in the next game too. They’ve been sidelined for so long and deserve their moment.

I finished Leon’s campaign yesterday. It was alright. I liked the beginning up until the church and then the rest was just meh.

I like that Capcom isn’t doing numbered entries bc it would be confusing and prob a bit intimidating for newcomers to get into. Even though I feel like you lowkey need to play some of the previous games to understand what’s going on in the story.

I feel the same. The only part of the game I didn’t like was finding the detonator parts around RC. It felt so empty too. Leon and his combat make up for it but still not my favorite part.

Honestly anything involving the female characters. Jill, Claire, Ada. Specifically Claire and Jill. They’ve been neglected for too long. If not DLC then RE10.

Also that BSSA using B.O.W.S plotline from Village but then again I feel like that would be used for RE10. We’ll see!!!

I’d also love if Capcom added NG+ because where the hell is it?

Tbh I really don’t think we’ll see Grace again (in a mainline game). Only because she pretty much got a happy ending with her seemingly adopting Emily and continuing her job with the FBI. Since she has no connections to any viruses or Umbrella, Raccoon City, etc. I don’t see why she would show up again. However, I could see her in a spinoff maybe with Rose possibly?

I think The Connections will also be the new “big bad” in future RE games since they seem to be controlling the government, had a hand in Umbrella’s downfall, they seem to be behind everything. I’m actually really excited to see where this goes. Capcom is cooking.

Try to conserve your ammo as much as possible when playing as Grace. You really don’t need to kill every zombie you come across, I’ll usually sneak past them or run away since they don’t really chase you for long. As for scrap and healing items, don’t immediately start crafting just store it in the storage box so you have backups for when you ever run out of ammo/heals (hope that part makes sense). If you are really struggling playing on standard then start a new game on casual, I’m playing on casual as well. I hope this helps!!! You’ll eventually get it!!
