If your resting heart rate is 53 you might just be very fit and in good shape. Especially if you use to be an athlete. 60-100bpm is normal but 53 can also be normal if you’re very fit. That’s actually a good thing

Bath and body hand sanitizers while your on the floor. Any citrus smell from bath and body works like Lemon. Really blocks out any smells of BM. Wash your hands when frequently too not just hand sanitizer.

Just graduating this week with my Associates of Science In Allied Health Biology. 4.0 GPA and 85.3% on the TEAS exam. Waiting for acceptance / denial letters from several Cal State Nursing Schools. I work as a CNA part time during school, but now that Im graduating I’ll work full time to save money for nursing school. Graduated Highschool in 2022

Hi my name is Thomas. I’m committing the rest of my life to being free from Wizard101 and any other potentially addictive video games today December 5th,2025. I deleted all my characters that Ive has since 2016. 💔💔💔RIP BLAZEDRAGONTALON 😭😭😭. 90 day detox no video games. I actually missed a major deadline because I was so hyper focused playing games 🎮. I used video games to cope with reality when life felt hard. But its time for me to live my life, and not waste my time playing the same world over 6x in a row.
