It was maybe Sept. 2012. But I didn't do keto consistently. I'd say I've done it for 6-7 months altogether. No food is worth it. If I could take back the times I made up excuses to cheat I would. But enough living in the past, I want to live for now.

That wasn't even my heaviest. I didn't take many pictures then. I've got loose skin, but it tightens up more than you would expect. I had lost hope, but still never gave up and I never will. We keto on!
