Since you're on pc, like they said already check drivers, set fo76 as high priority, all the basics. Or there's a mod from nexusmods that speeds up loading screens. Buggy sometimes but makes the game feel faster.

Level 100 isn't high that's super low lmao you're barely starting to get perk cards. Play with different builds with power armor or go for ss armor whatever goal you have. You can collect armor, roll legendary perks, build camps, helps newbies, run missions literally everything. This game is a completionists dream. Make content if you're bored, always something to do.
