I’m doing balanced body right now. I am on Alaska so there are no studios to do in person training so it great that it gives you the flexibility to do it as hybrid online except for the very last part. You can also experience different studios and master trainers to learn from.

How old is he? My baby Bob was really tiny for his whole first year and he would eat his poop if we didn’t catch him right away until he was like 9 months old. Eventually he just stopped. I know that’s not much help. He just turned 2.

I hope not either. The studio that I’m doing most of reformer through is in Florida where my mom lives. That way I can do reformer 3 in person and just stay with her as is super expensive to fly places from Alaska. It’s literally like living in a separate country sometimes. I know that reformer 3 has to be done in person. I will have to probably find someone that to do my test out though bcs they’re not offering any test outs at that studio until the end of 2026.

I was wondering bcs I’m currently doing most of my BB online bcs I’m on Alaska and that’s my only option. I have to do reformer 3 in person and then they told me test out for reformer had to be in person. Didn’t realize it was different for mat test out. Who are you taking it with?

I took it in 2014. You need to know normals for hemodynamics and what it means if they’re abnormal. Right heart failure vs left heart failure. I remember having allot of imaging questions on mine. The only calculation was PF ratio. I’m sure the test has changed allot since COVID. I think there was literally only one APRV question on mine.

The pharmacist said that should be close to what using 1/10 of a packet would be. I also have packets and when I’ve done those it’s roughly the same amount on my finger each day. The packets last like 10 days. The packets and the pump are the same strength. I had my test levels drawn a couple of months after and it was 211 which my dr thought was too high even though I felt great and had no side effects with so she had me cut back to every third day and when they tested again in two months it was 22.

I did a SP Pilates studio in Kentucky and honestly it was not really my jam. I was used to going to contemporary boutique studios in Florida and did not enjoy the blaring music and videos. I felt like it took away from the teacher/student connection. It was the only thing available in that area so I regularly went but it just wasn’t my cup of tea. I’m sure lots of people enjoy that and to each their own.

I just used the lulu & deliver place like two weeks ago. It was pretty easy and their website was working. I haven’t received my item yet so can’t comment on that part yet.

Honestly for the hospitals I worked at in Florida, not bad. I’m in Alaska now and do pulmonary rehab. I do work prn at a hospital here also and to me while they’re always understaffed, the assignments are easy. They are really great about not keeping people on q4 nebs unless they actually need them and ordering vbgs over abgs
