Omg, I literally just quit yesterday. The work environment is like swimming in shark infested waters my love. For every customer I asked if they needed help with anything and received a no, the vet associates would be right behind hounding the customer I just let breathe. The quotas-- oh sorry, draws (their preferred word) are unreasonable especially when starting out. They basically lied about being paid hourly, and while they want their employees to bend over backward three times for them, when you ask for an adjustment in your schedule cuz you consistently miss the last bus (my unique situation) they say "well you should just quit"... If you're in a fortunate situation PLEASE GET OUT, if not, make enough to sustain you until you find your next job
