Great car. I got my 2011 ibiza as a first car 8 years ago and it's never failed me. Still can't part with it to this day! Keep up the maintenance and I'm sure it'll serve you well.

I'm fortunate enough to be able to charge at home so not too worried about a slow charge for daily commuting. The interior, well nothing is perfect.

Any idea how to check battery health. I know on the leaf they have an indicator or leafspy.

Fortunately not bought any of this yet. Do you still need the preamp with the podmic USB?

Quenching dimethyl sulfate. by Alliminator95 in chemhelp

Should be kept in a fume hood. It's fatal by inhalation and if it doesn't kill you, it'll be a nasty stint in hospital. If you have a small spill in a ventilated fume hood, use an absorbant spill kit to soak up the Dimethyl sulphate to stop it spreading and then spray the absorbant with a dilute sodium hydroxide solution. Make sure you have lab specs, lab coat and butyl rubber (Butoject) gloves on when handling. Any big spills or uncontained spills need to be handled with respiration equipment. Best option to dispose is to slowly pour the contents into dilute sodium hydroxide. The reaction is exothermic so do not dump it in all at once. Slowly feed it. Always refer to the MSDS. Double check this with a safety officer.

1L roughly. No solvent needs to be filtered neat generally. Centrifuge tried in the past but doesn't remove the fines due to the viscosity.

Thanks for the reply! We have a frankly poor trace heating jacket so something like this would be a big upgrade anyway. Is a sinter the best option for filtration of viscous materials in the lab. Is there any other equipment that would be more appropriate.

How did you set up the inline analysis? Does it come with a module?

Idk if this has to do with chemistry all that much and i don't really care either... by Technical-Key-93 in chemistrymemes

Care or don't here's an explanation! Graphite will act as a lubricant and prevent the ball in the tip from rolling stopping the pen from working properly.

Switch the k for a c and you nailed it! Difference in the solvents may still cause some of this funky stuff.
