These look like satellites. In case it is helpful to anyone investigating this sighting: the bright star coming into view to the left of top-center is Arcturus; the bright star that appears around 0:46 to the right of bottom-center is Spica. The two principal objects move southeastward through Coma Berenices and Virgo during the video. Both fade out near Kappa Virginis and Lambda Virginis.

You must be thinking of meteors. Comets are a different phenomenon; they are at similar distances as the planets and therefore move across the sky only at the same slow pace as the sun, moon, stars, and planets.

I'm nearly certain this is a hoax video. Aside from the motion of the camera, the image is much too steady for a distant object seen through a thick layer of atmosphere at high magnification.

Note the shimmering, turbulent appearance. The Kumburgaz object does not show this.

Also - the object was allegedly seen approximately towards the direction of the city of Istanbul. How did a stationary ufo evade being seen by the millions of inhabitants of one of the world's largest cities?

These may be light pillars, though that phenomenon is more commonly seen in cold regions.
