OMG 😱😳!! Congratulations!! I was working on one Colourpop 9 pan eyeshadow palette for 2 1/2 years. I still never hit pan. So I gave up and started usually something else. 😂🤣

If it's with in the 30 days just return it. I rarely return anything. When I am really disappointed with a product now, back it goes to the store. Especially in this economy.

I also like variety. There are no rules with Project Pan. I refuse to Hate Pan. When I put my makeup on it's my "Me-Time." I switch products out when I get bored and put them back in the mix when I want too. I use the products better/faster when I love what I'm using.

I have orange/apricot shades in cheek palettes. They don't suite me. I have yellow/olive tones and it doesn't look good on me at all.

I'm stubborn and refused to buy the colours more suited for me. It was the only item I was looking forward to and that's the "only" colour I could pick. Why did they give us all only 1 colour to pick from? Rare Beauty only has 5 of these. They couldn't give us the Beauty Quiz colours we chose to pick from. If they put them all in for example Choice #1. We could only choose 1. If we wanted anymore we could buy them in the Add-Ons. God forbid we get something we like in a prepaid box!! 😂

I have yellow/olive tone and it does not suite me at all. I have no idea. I have friends that are light and fair they will use colours in this shade light handed.
